Usenathi Consulting (trading as UMMS Tech) is a start-up specialist information and Communications Technology (ICT) consulting company. It is 100% owned by an African, female professional, Gcebile Sukazi. Established in 2016, UMMS Tech operates across South Africa with offices in Durban, Johannesburg and Nelspruit.

Gcebile Sukazi
Founder & Managing Director
Gcebile Sukazi founded UMMS Tech in 2016. She holds a BSc. in IT degree from the University of Pretoria. She has more than 13 years of working experience, including in roles as a systems engineer, IT training as well as project and programme management. She has worked for niche technology outfits, including Blue Turtle Technologies, where she managed systems for blue chip companies including Unilever, Vodacom (Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique and Tanzania) as well as MTN. Prior to that, she worked at Metaweave, where she consulted at MTN South Africa, with a scope that covered system design and system management, and supported IBM on service desks solutions.
